Garlic Dinner Rolls
Low sodium cast iron garlic rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cups Whole Milk Warm
- 2 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 2 Large Eggs Lightly beaten, room temp
- 10 Garlic Cloves Roasted
- 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Softened
- 1/4 tsp Lawry's 25% Less Sodium Garlic Salt
- 6 Cups Unbleached Bread Flour
Garlic Butter
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Roasted
- 1 Tbsp LiteHouse Italian Herb Blend Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Fresh, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In the bowl of a stand mixer combine warm milk, yeast,½ tsp. sugar. Let yeast bloom, about 10 minutes.
- In small bowl combine garlic and softened butter.
- Once yeast has bloomed stir in Honey, beaten eggs,garlic salt, and garlic butter mix.
- On low speed in stand mixer, slowly add the flour cup-by-cup until fully incorporated and the dough pulls away from the sides of the mixing bowl. Continue to mix kneading the dough for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Portion the dough into even servings forming the rolls into desired shape and place in a lightly greased cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet spaced evenly apart.
- Bake 400 degrees 16-18 minutes or until done.
- Brush with Garlic Butter and enjoy!
