Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 Cup Arugula
  • 1/2 Cup Radish sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts

Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 1 Tbsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper fresh cracked
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Dak's Spices Super Greek Salt Free Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl
  • Toss with Mustard Vinaigrette

Dressing

  • Combine all ingredients for dressing in medium bowl except Olive Oil
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil until well combined

Optional

  • If your diet and sodium limits allow this goes great with a little bit of crumble goat or feta cheese on top.
