Jezebel dip is commonly made with pineapple, I prefer the taste of the apricot preserves. You can use whatever you like. This dip pairs well with just about any preserve.

Ingredients
- 8 oz BelGioioso Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 tsp Inglehoffer Horseradish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Herbs De Provence
- ½ Cup Apricot Preserves
- 1 tsp French's Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions
- In medium bowl stir together mascarpone, red wine vinegar, herbs, and horseradish until well combined
- Spread cheese mixture in an even layer on small serving dish or plate
- Stir together preserves, mustard and pepper flakes and spread over top cheese layer
