Quick pan seared Tilapia in garlic butter

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove sliced
  • 2 Tilapia Filets Two 5oz Filets, thawed
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Dak's Spices Original Red
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest


  • Pat fish dry with paper towel and season both sides with Dak's and Pepper
  • Heat oil, butter, and garlic in non stick pan until butter starts to bubble
  • Gently place seasoned Tilapia in pan cooking until edges start to turn golden brown, 3-5 minutes
  • Flip and continue cooking until golden brown and opaque inside. Top with zest and serve
