Pan Seared Tilapia
Quick pan seared Tilapia in garlic butter

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove sliced
- 2 Tilapia Filets Two 5oz Filets, thawed
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Dak's Spices Original Red
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
Instructions
- Pat fish dry with paper towel and season both sides with Dak's and Pepper
- Heat oil, butter, and garlic in non stick pan until butter starts to bubble
- Gently place seasoned Tilapia in pan cooking until edges start to turn golden brown, 3-5 minutes
- Flip and continue cooking until golden brown and opaque inside. Top with zest and serve
