Ranch is one of those things that everyone has an opinion on, much like pizza. No two recipes are alike, and the homemade stuff very rarely tastes anywhere near the stuff you buy in the store. Add the fact that you can’t use salt and that complicates things even further!
My version of a low sodium ranch dip, or at least as close as I can get. This is the first variation that I liked enough to make more then once.
Ranch Dip
Low Sodium Ranch Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz Daisy Sour Cream
- 2 Garlic Cloves grated
- 1 Tbsp French's Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Red Star Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 1 tsp Herbs De Provence
- 1 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
- ½ tsp Dill Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir until well combined
- Refrigerate 1 hour to set flavors
To make something reminiscent of Fiesta Ranch, add 1 Tbsp of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Season
