Ranch is one of those things that everyone has an opinion on, much like pizza. No two recipes are alike, and the homemade stuff very rarely tastes anywhere near the stuff you buy in the store. Add the fact that you can’t use salt and that complicates things even further!

My version of a low sodium ranch dip, or at least as close as I can get. This is the first variation that I liked enough to make more then once.

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir until well combined
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to set flavors

To make something reminiscent of Fiesta Ranch, add 1 Tbsp of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Season

      I always look for great no sodium or lowest sodium super healthy recipes. I was diagnosed last year and it’s been very stressful finding food and managing my food intake
