Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter unsalted
- 1 Yellow Sweet Onion diced
- 4 oz Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tbsp Frenchs Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Lea and Perrins Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dak's Original Red Season Blend paprika will also work
- 3 Garlic Cloves grated
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 Green Pepper diced
- 1 Red Pepper diced
- 8 oz Baby Belle Mushrooms diced
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Saute onions in unsalted butter over medium high heat until they start to brown slightly
- Add red wine and simmer over low medium heat reducing until liquid is almost gone
- Add beef, mustard, Worcestershire, seasoning, garlic, and tomato paste.
- Continue cooking until meat is almost cooked through
- Add remaining ingredients, simmer over low heat stirring occasionally for 10 minutes until peppers are just starting to soften
