The phrase “they don’t have time to cook” is something I hear time and time again from people.
The fact of the matter is, you make time for what you value. If you don’t value cooking you don’t allocate time for it.
The problem is the place you should be putting that value is not on cooking, but on your health both physically and mentally.
By not putting value on your health and giving your own well being importance you are setting yourself up for failure.
If you want to be better your need to want better and put in the effort to make it better.
This week we talk about giving some importance to cooking and ways to help find the time.
