Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • ⅔ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder Reduced sodium
  • 2 Cups Bittersweet Dark Chocolate Morsels
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Unsalted

Instructions

  • Combine eggs and vanilla in large bowl, beat together until just combined.Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and mix until just combined.
  • Melt together 1 cup of morsels and butter then stir melted chocolate into batter mixture.
  • Stir in remaining morsels
  • The batter will be thin, it will tighten up as it sits
  • Use spoon or scouper to drop cookies onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes
  • They need to sit a few minutes after baking as the insides are gooey like brownies
