- 1 lb Ground Beef 85/15 Lean
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1 Egg
- ½ Cup Panko Crumbs
- ½ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Lea & Perrin's Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Can Ro-Tel NSA
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Dried Italian Herb Blend
- 2 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
Combine all ingredients (except ketchup) in large bowl
Mix together until all ingredients are well incorporated
Form meat mixture into loaf shape in large oven safe baking dish
Spread Ketchup on top
Bake 400F for 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 160F
