- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove sliced
- 2 Tilapia Filets Two 5oz Filets, thawed
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Dak's Spices Original Red
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Zest
Pat fish dry with paper towel and season both sides with Dak's and Pepper
Heat oil, butter, and garlic in non stick pan until butter starts to bubble
Gently place seasoned Tilapia in pan cooking until edges start to turn golden brown, 3-5 minutes
Flip and continue cooking until golden brown and opaque inside. Top with zest and serve
