Salad Ingredients

  • 8 Cups Sweet Corn
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 large Green Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Red Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 10 oz Rotel No Salt Added drained

Dressing

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Herbs De Provence
  • 1 tbsp Dak's Original Red Season Blend
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Combine salad ingredients in large bowl
  • In Medium bowl, whisk all dressing ingredients together until well combined
  • Stir dressing into salad ingredients until well coated
