Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 Cup Onions Sweet Yellow, Diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 6 oz White Wine Pinot Grigio
- 1 tsp Ginger Fresh, Grated
- 1 Tbsp Herbs De Provence
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Fresh Cracked
- 1 tsp Chipotle Powder
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 4 Cups Alessi Whole Peeled Tomatoes with Basil San Marzano
- 2 Cups Pacific Organic Vegetable Broth NSA
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 3 Cups Garden of Eden Chickpeas NSA rinsed, drained
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions
- Saute onions and garlic in oil until fragrant
- Add wine and reduce until liquid is almost gone
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally
